By using b0rd.info (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. The Site provides product information and operator documentation for B0RD hardware and B0RD OS.

Informational content

Manuals and marketing copy are provided “as is” for convenience. They do not create a warranty beyond any separate product warranty that ships with hardware or software licenses.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, scrape abusively, or attempt to disrupt the Site or its hosting. Do not use Site content to imply endorsement of unrelated products without permission.

Intellectual property

B0RD names, logos, and Site content are owned by their respective owners. Device software and third-party components carry their own licenses as shipped with the product.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, operators of the Site are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from Site use. Device operation remains your responsibility on your premises.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the “Last revised” date will change. Material changes before go-live should be reviewed by counsel.
